Fall Classes

We ask that all supplies, including YARN and patterns, be purchased through
Delightful Ewe for our classes.  Pre-registration and payment for ALL CLASSES is
required in advance.  There is limited space available and pre-registration will  
guarantee your seat.  Should there be less than 3 signed up for a class, we reserve
the right to reschedule.

Beaded Shawl Class                                        Fee:  $20
Beading can be done in many ways, come learn another way to add beads
without stringing them before you start. The Shapely Shawlette from Judy
Pascale, is a great one to learn on.
You will need:  pattern, size 6 beads,  size 9 circular (24 inch) needles, fingering wt
yarn

Wallaby Knitting!                                        Fee:  $20
What is a wallaby? Its a hooded sweatshirt with a pocket in the front
knitted in one piece!
You will need:   Wonderful Wallaby Pattern, 24 inch circular needles size 6 & 8 ( or
size needed for gauge), size 6 & 8 DPNs, 16 inch size 8 circular needle for the
pouch, worsted weight yarn
Please have your wallaby started, and 6 inches knit before class (or 4 depending on
the size you desire to make)!

Moebius Knitting                                                        Fee:  $20
Learn the fast cast on and get knitting in the round. The sky is the
limit with a Moebius. Whip up fast gifts for the upcoming cooler
weather.  This is a great way to stash bust yarns.  You will need an extra long
circular needle 47-60 inch in length in a  size compatable with the yarns you want to
stash bust.

Drop Spindle class                                                Fee:  $30
(includes roving, handouts & spindle)
Tuesday, Nov 18 -- 1-3 pm


Mostly Mittens!                             (2 sessions)                          Fee:  $30                
Intimidated by creating a thumb?  Not sure how to increase or decrease?  This is
the perfect class for perfecting these techniques.  Once you make one mitten, you’ll
want to create a whole gift list.  They are simple and quick to make!
You will need:  worsted weight yarn, US# 6 or 7 dpns, tapestry needle, stitch holder,
marker & post-it notes or highlighter tape, Knit Simple magazine – Fall 2007 for the
pattern.
There is homework required for this class!
